Our Story

Where the Trails, Taps & Good Times Began

Tipsy Trails Taps was born from two things my wife Christina and I have always loved: the outdoors and great beer.

What started as a love for camping, hiking, exploring new places, and chasing waterfalls quickly became a tradition of its own. Our adventures have taken us throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, always looking for the next trail to explore, the next waterfall to discover, and, of course, the next brewery to visit.

There was something special about the way those adventures came together. After a long hike, there was nothing better than finding a local brewery, grabbing a cold craft beer, and relaxing while talking about the day’s adventure. We began discovering breweries tucked away in small towns, enjoying locally crafted beers, and meeting the people behind them. Those experiences made us appreciate not only great beer, but also the atmosphere and community that comes with gathering around a good bar.

Before long, Christina and I found ourselves talking about an idea around campfires and during our brewery stops.

What if we could bring that experience with us?

We started imagining a mobile tap bar that could travel to weddings, parties, festivals, and celebrations—bringing the feel of a local brewery and the fun of gathering around a bar directly to people’s events.

That idea eventually became Tipsy Trails Taps.

What began as conversations between two people who loved exploring the outdoors grew into a locally owned mobile bar business serving Upstate South Carolina. We’ve traded the campfire conversations and brewery brainstorming sessions for custom-built mobile bars, tap trailers, professional bartenders, and a whole lot of unforgettable events.

Today, Tipsy Trails Taps offers multiple custom-built mobile bar trailers and bar setups, allowing us to provide an experience that fits the style and atmosphere of each celebration. Whether it’s a beautiful wedding, backyard gathering, corporate event, festival, or private party, we bring the bar to you.

Our passion for craft beer is still at the heart of who we are. We love supporting local breweries, small businesses, and the makers who put their creativity into every drink. At the same time, we know that every event is different, which is why our bar service can accommodate beer, wine, cider, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverage options.

We’re also passionate about making the bar one less thing for our clients to worry about. With our dry-hire service, you provide the beverages, and we provide the bar, bartenders, equipment, setup, and service. Liquor liability insurance is included with all of our service packages, giving you another reason to relax and enjoy your celebration.

From our first conversations around a campfire to the events we serve today, the mission has remained simple:
